THE CROSSFIT TEENS PROGRAM IS A GREAT WAY TO:

 

• Increase endurance, speed, agility and strength

• Learn safe movement in a structured environment

• Acquire proper technique before the addition of intensity

• Participate in a healthy lifestyle program

• Decrease the likelihood of sports related injuries

Student athletes find that the addition of CrossFit training to their regimen

increases their strength, endurance, speed, and coordination.

Teen Class Options

PROGRAMMING DESIGNED FOR TEEN ATHLETES AGES 13-17

(MUST BE A MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT)

INCLUDES 3 CLASSES PER WEEK WITH 2 CLASS SCHEDULE OPTIONS

• Option 1: Monday and Wednesday @ 8pm and Saturday @ 10am

• Option 2: Tuesday and Thursday @ 8pm and Sunday @ 10am
